The mission of the Academy is to help girls in academic achievement by giving them confidence and the power to explore. It is a culture of growth with unique learning styles to boost their career and let them become risk-taker and leaders.

The Challenge

We are living in a digital hub where it is evident that everything is powered by technology. Businesses can only prosper if they have an effective and efficient IT system. Clapton Girls’ Academy faced storage issues due to unreliable cloud, old hardware, and little networking speed. The problem was holding their organisation back and its growth.

The IT infrastructure had already faced many outages and didn't have any backup or disaster recovery plan. The Academy’s underperforming storage platform and downtime hindered its exponential growth. Another main problem was the limited access to the systems that required resources and our dedicated team to ensure the Academy's business continuity.

Need for a highly secured cloud solution

Due to the rising cases of cybersecurity breaches, the Academy needed its data to be fully protected with the best defensive lines. They wanted to ensure complete data encryption so it is safe from any third party who tries to break into our cloud.

The Solution

Ibiznet is top of an industry line IT-managed service company in the UK that aims to improve technological advancements in the education sector. We worked closely with Clapton Girls’ Academy to ensure they have the best upgrades in storage for the fastest performance and secure backup. Our team gave them a reliable and fully-scalable report of our services, cost, and time.

Our team discussed every little detail and understood the requirements of the Academy. We started working on their private cloud that integrates storage and virtualisation computing technology. These upgrades and virtual database servers have improved performance by 10x.

We divided the goal into two prospects. Our main goal was to ensure the Academy has a private cloud and that they never have to use a public one again. Moreover, we also wanted to implement a successful disaster recovery strategy to ensure their data is always protected and on 24/7 backup.

We provided 24/7 support to the Academy during their upgrade of storage. They also have a fully-dedicated IT manager who monitors their system, so we are always one step ahead. We can happily say that after joining Ibiznet, Clapton Girls’ Academy hasn’t faced any single outage.

The Result

We have got miraculous results, and some of the key points are:

● High-end performance

● Fully upgraded intelligent automated storage

● High-capacity storage arrays

● Hyperconverged storage and compute solutions

● Faster access to records and easy maintenance of storage

● Complete disaster recovery and 24/7 backup

● Dedicated private cloud for faster networking

● Modernised data protection

We have seen tremendous stability and improvement in performance on the Academy’s applications through our virtual database servers. They have zero downtime and a system that makes more updates daily. With the help of upgrades in storage and private cloud, the deployment time of their applications has been reduced by 50%. It has helped the organisation save big bucks without compromising its infrastructure.

Moreover, the organisation can now focus on its goals and innovate through the latest and fastest technology. They can work on their strategies which will be easier to manage, and they will get all the support from Ibiznet. Students will always need IT support, and this is where we help organisations to make learning easier. The Academy can focus on new curriculums, portals, and tiers without worrying about their storage.
